Hyemin Seo

Hyemin Seo is a D.C.- licensed attorney with an interdisciplinary background in life sciences and law. Her work focuses on U.S. intellectual property matters, including trademark and patent prosecution, office action responses, and related legal research.

She earned her B.S. in Biochemistry with a concentration in Neuroscience from Calvin University, graduated from Handong International Law School, and received an LL.M. from Regent University School of Law.

Drawing on her scientific background, she assists with technically detailed intellectual property matters across a range of technology fields. 

Her prior experience in a clinical healthcare setting further informs her understanding of life sciences and healthcare-related technologies. 

She has also conducted laboratory research and co-authored a manuscript in the physical chemistry field, which is currently under review with the Journal of Physical Chemistry.
